Yes. You can log any payment method — UPI, cash, bank transfer, cheque, even rent in kind if that is your arrangement. The system tracks what is paid and what is due, regardless of how the money comes in.
Yes. We handle residential apartments, PG accommodations, hostels, and commercial spaces. For commercial properties you can enable GST billing and track TDS on rent as per Indian tax rules.
Not at all. If you have one tenant and one flat, you can still use it. Setup takes 2 minutes. You will get auto email rent reminders, payment tracking, and expense logging. Saves you the trouble of chasing your tenant every month.
You log the deposit amount (typically 2-10 months rent as per Indian practice). When the tenant moves out, the settlement wizard helps you deduct for damages or unpaid bills and process the refund. Everything is recorded.
